Nesae 167-170

167- THOSE WHO DISBELIEVE AND OBSTRUCTED PEOPLE’S WAY TO ALLAH, HAVE GONE FAR ASTRAY.

168- THOSE WHO DISBELIEVE AND DO WRONG AND INJUSTICE, ALLAH WOULD NOT HAVE FORGIVEN THEM OR GUIDE THEM TO THE RIGHT PATH.

169- ONLY TO THE PATH LEADING TO THE HELL-FIRE, WHERE THEY WILL ABIDE FOREVER, AND FOR ALLAH THIS IS EASY.

170- O MANKIND, THE MESSENGER CAME TO YOU WITH THE TRUTH FROM YOUR LORD, BELIEVE, FOR THIS IS BETTER FOR YOU, BUT IF YOU DISBELIEVE, THEN TO ALLAH BELONGS ALL THERE IS IN THE HEAVENS AND EARTH, INDEED ALLAH IS ALL KNOWLEDGEABLE AND MOST WISE.

Allah the Highest speaks to us about two groups of disbelievers: Their sin is not only disbelieving but they do other sins.

1-    Those who disbelieve and obstruct the way to Allah.  They are not people who just disbelieve themselves, but they also stand in other people’s way to Allah the Highest.  They carry with them not just the sins they committed, but also the sins of those whose way they obstructed.  Allah’s messenger prayer and peace upon him said: “Whoever calls people to guidance, he will have as much reward as those who follow him without taking any of their reward away; and whoever calls people to misguidance, he will carry as much sin as the sins of those who follow him, without taking any of their sins away”.  (M:Elm;16 & B:Etesam;15 & T:Elm;15 & Ma:Moqademah;14 & Mal:Quran;41)

They did not only go astray, but they went far astray, by disbelieving and causing others to disbelieve by obstructing their Path to Allah the Highest.

2-    Those who disbelieve and do wrong and injustice.  The first wrong an injustice they do to themselves through their disbelief.  Allah the Highest said in the Quran: “AND AS LOQMAN SAID TO HIS SON ADVISING HIM: ‘MY SON DO NOT WORSHIP PARTNERS BESIDES ALLAH FOR WORSHIPING PARTNERS BESIDES ALLAH IS A GREAT WRONG AND INJUSTICE”.  (S:31 A:13)

Not disbelieving and not following Allah’s commands is bound to lead to doing wrong and committing injustice.  Allah the Highest said: “AND WHOEVER TRANSGRESSES ALLAH’S LIMITS, THOSE ARE THE UNJUST”.  (S:2 A:229)

And also said: “AND WHOEVER DOES NOT RULE BY WHAT ALLAH SENT DOWN, THOSE ARE THE UNJUST”.  (S:5 A:45)

3-    As they do wrong and stand in people’s Path to Allah, Allah the Highest does not guide them or forgive them, doing to them what they did to others.

4-    Instead, Allah the Highest lets them carry on in their way to the Hell-Fire, that is to say that Allah the Highest gives them robe and leeway.  Allah the Highest said: “SAY: WHOEVER IS ON MISGUIDANCE, THE MOST MERCIFUL WILL GIVE THEM PLENTY OF LEEWAY”.  (S:17 A:75)

And said also about them: ALLAH MOCKS THEM, AND GIVES THEM LEEWAY IN THEIR WICKEDNESS TO KEEP WANDERING BLINDLY IN THEIR INSOLENCE”.  (S:2 A:15)

5-    In the mean time, those who seek Allah’s Path, Allah the Highest guides them to His Path, for He said: “AND ALLAH WILL GUIDE THOSE ON THE RIGHT GUIDANCE EVEN MORE”.  (S:19  A:76)

And said: “THOSE WHO BELIEVE AND DO GOOD DEEDS, THEIR LORD GUIDE THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR FAITH”.  (S:10 A:9)

6-    Allah the Highest sent us his prophet and messenger prayer and peace upon him with His Faith and Religion to guide us to the Path to Allah.  To believe is better for our soul and Hereafter, and this will not do Allah the Highest any good or increase His Kingdom. But to disbelieve, then we loss out in this life and in the Hereafter, and do not do Allah the Highest any harm or decrease His Kingdom.  This is the right guidance “HE SENT HIS MESSENGER WITH THE GUIDANCE AND RELIGION OF THE TRUTH”.  (S:9 A:33)
